Registered Nurses will deliver high-quality care in ICU, CCU, or Step-Down units, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and manage critical care equipment
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- NCLEX-RN passed or in progress
- Minimum of 24 months recent acute care experience in critical care
- Willingness to relocate to Alabama for a minimum of three years
- Hourly Rate: $38–$40 USD, based on experience
- Healthcare Coverage:
