Espirita is seeking experienced and qualified Critical Care Registered Nurses to join the team at respected healthcare facility in Alabama. Registered Nurses will deliver high-quality care in ICU, CCU, or Step-Down units, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Administer medications and manage critical care equipment
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• NCLEX-RN passed or in progress
• Minimum of 24 months recent acute care experience in critical care
• Willingness to relocate to Alabama for a minimum of three years

• Hourly Rate: $38–$40 USD, based on experience
