Medical Assistant

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a reliable and motivated Medical Assistant to support an ENT practice by assisting with patient care, clinical procedures, and daily medical office operations in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

• Obtain and accurately document patient medical histories, chief complaints, medications, allergies, and vital signs
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians with exams, procedures, and minor office surgeries
• Administer medications and injections as directed by the physician
• Operate and maintain electronic medical records (EMR) systems accurately and efficiently
• Perform e‑prescribing tasks under physician direction
• Clean, sterilize, and maintain medical instruments and exam rooms
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and procedures in a clear and professional manner
• Support allergy testing procedures and explain testing processes to patients
• Schedule patient appointments, diagnostic testing, and procedures as needed
• Complete charge tickets and required clinical documentation
• Escort and assist patients as necessary, including wheelchair transport
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked clinical environment
• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and staff
• Follow all safety, infection control, and company policies and procedures
• Attend required in‑service training and perform additional duties as assigned

• Medical Assistant certification not required
• Previous Medical Assistant or relevant clinical experience preferred
• Current TB test required prior to assignment
• Familiarity with ENT clinical procedures preferred but not required
• Ability to learn and effectively use electronic medical records systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and patient‑focused demeanor
• Valid government‑issued photo  authorization to work

• Medium physical demand role requiring prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Manual dexterity required for patient care and equipment operation
• Ability to work in a clinical environment with potential exposure to infectious diseases
