As a Staff Pharmacist at our Mobile, Alabama location, your core responsibilities will include:

• Review and interpret physician orders and support medication preparation workflows
• Dispense medications accurately and maintain all required documentation and controlled substance records
• Collaborate with pharmacists and technicians to keep IV and parenteral workflows moving efficiently
• Ensure full compliance with Alabama Board of Pharmacy, DEA, and FDA standards
• Follow all pharmacy SOPs, quality standards, and internal policies
• Identify and resolve drug therapy problems, interactions, and patient safety concerns
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with all pharmacy management systems

Required:

• Active Alabama Pharmacist license in good standing with the Alabama Board of Pharmacy
• IV or Parenteral (sterile/IV) pharmacy experience — this is a non-negotiable requirement for this role
• Ability to stay accurate and efficient in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
• Strong working knowledge of Alabama Board of Pharmacy, DEA, and FDA compliance standards
• Comfortable collaborating with pharmacy technicians and fellow pharmacists in a team-based workflow
• Must be able to work on-site in the Mobile Metro area — this is not a remote position

Preferred (not required):

• Sterile compounding or IV compounding experience
• Background in high-volume or specialty pharmacy operations
