  • Perform moderate and high-complexity laboratory testing and analysis according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Process clinical specimens and accurately document all testing activities.
  • Conduct, review, and maintain quality control and quality assurance procedures.
  • Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
  • Prepare reagents and materials required for testing activities.
  • Identify and resolve routine technical and operational issues affecting test performance.
  • Support validation, verification, and implementation of new laboratory methods and equipment.
  • Maintain laboratory inventory and ensure adequate supplies for daily operations.
  • Assist with training and mentoring laboratory personnel on procedures and best practices.
  • Participate in inspections, audits, and quality management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laboratory regulations, safety standards, and data integrity requirements.
  • Meet productivity and turnaround time (TAT) expectations while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Collaborate effectively with laboratory staff, management, and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications Required
  • Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biological Science, Chemical Science, or a related laboratory discipline, or equivalent laboratory training and experience.
  • Working knowledge of laboratory regulations and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • Experience with molecular biology techniques and laboratory methodologies.
  • Experience working in a regulated clinical laboratory environment.
