Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Start Date: August 10, 2024
End Date: May 23, 2025

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral support services to elementary school students as a related service
• Serve a caseload of approximately 15-20 students across the district
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure the success of behavioral interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and behavior data

Requirements:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Previous experience working with children with special needs preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
