Acute Care Physical Therapist – Regional Medical Center | Max 8 Patients/Day Highlights/Benefits

• Major Non-Profit Hospital System (Mobile, AL / Gulf Coast region)
• Automatically qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Patient-centered model:
  Expected to see 7 to 10 patients per day maximum
• $6,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance
• High-acuity caseload: ICU, severe ortho trauma, neuro, stroke, and complex post-op
• Work on a massive, highly collaborative acute team with dedicated rehab support staff
• Extensive 8-to-12 week structured onboarding process paired with a dedicated senior preceptor
• Flexible scheduling:
  Open to 4x10s or 5x8s
• Weekend Rotation:
  Minimal coverage required (paid at a premium overtime rate)
• Paid Time Off (PTO) = 21+ days annually to start
• Full-time, permanent position

Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and where they will go once they leave the hospital.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Acute Care experience preferred (but strong new grads will be considered)
