Mobile Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC is a dedicated provider of speech, occupational, physical therapy, and dementia/Alzheimer's care for the Mobile County senior community. We offer a home‑like environment with individualized care plans designed by compassionate staff, families, and physicians.

• Complete all initial, change of condition, annual, and quarterly nutritional assessments, and the MDS and Care Plan per regulation and company policy.
• Interview patients and/or family members to obtain diet history.
• Review dietary requirements of each patient admitted and assist the attending physician in planning the prescribed diet plan.
• Assist the Food Service Director in implementing and interpreting department policies and procedures.
• Review and edit menus as prescribed by the Diet Manual.
• Write and approve all therapeutic diets not defined on the cycle menu, provide instructions to staff on proper diet service.
• Visit patients periodically to evaluate meal quality, preferences, etc.
• Monitor appropriate ordering of supplements, nourishment, snacks, and meals with input from dietary, nursing, and therapy departments.
• Document high‑risk patients monthly (e.g., significant weight loss, tube feeders, dialysis).

• Completion of a bachelor’s degree in dietetics, nutrition, or a related field with an internship (BS, BSHE, or BSCS).
• Successful passing of the Registration Examination for Dietitians and current registration d by the ADA Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Valid license or certification as mandated by the state of employment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
