Bilingual Patient Outreach Representative

• Process scheduling work assignments in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to process and compliance requirements
• Use the Scheduler Grid to contact patients for pre-registration and scheduling
• Handle patients, physicians, and co-workers collaboratively, professionally, and empathetically
• Conduct required pre-registration and clinical screening
• Communicate insurance benefit status, estimated costs, preauthorization, and payment options to patients as needed
• Triage and transfer calls as needed
• Support scheduling optimization and communication between imaging centers and patients
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Three plus years’ experience in customer service; healthcare environment preferred
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
• Ability to excel in a very fast-paced team environment
• Ability to continuously exceed company and customer expectations
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, problem solver, and team player
• Must attend mandatory in-person training at the North Arlington training location
• Ability to work the assigned schedule between 7:00 AM and 7:30 PM CST
• Adherence to Envision’s Code of Conduct and Compliance Policies
• Attendance at annual Compliance training

Demonstrates strong customer service skills in a healthcare environment, with a focus on effective communication, compliance adherence, and scheduling optimization. Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced team setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
