USA Health is seeking an ECMO Specialist to manage initiation, maintenance, and discontinuation of ECMO support for adults with severe cardiac or pulmonary failure. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe ECMO operation, support clinical decisions, and contribute to education and quality improvement.
Ideal candidates have RN licensure in Alabama (or compact), AL Respiratory Care licensure with NBRC RRT, or perfusionist licensure with CCP, plus critical care experience and ECMO
