AltaPointe Health Systems’ Adult Residential Services support adults with serious mental illness through group homes staffed 24 hours a day. Behavioral Aides provide observation, assess behavior, train daily living skills, transport consumers to appointments, and assist with meals and medication administration.
This self-scheduling role may be full-time, part-time or PRN, requiring a high school diploma, a valid Alabama driver license, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach.
