As a Therapist, you will provide professional counseling and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, family, couples, and other therapeutic services in a variety of settings based on client needs and treatment goals.
  • Conduct intake, screening, and comprehensive clinical assessments within established regulatory, accreditation, and organizational time frames.
  • Evaluate assessment findings and establish appropriate diagnoses within the scope of professional licensure and applicable standards.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect assessment findings, client strengths, identified needs, and treatment goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including counseling, psychotherapy, behavioral interventions, trauma-focused services, and co-occurring treatment as appropriate.
  • Facilitate individual and group counseling, family therapy, psychoeducation, and specialty behavioral health services.
  • Participate in clinical staffing, treatment team meetings, case reviews, and multidisciplinary consultations.
  • Maintain an assigned caseload and meet department-specific Collaborative Service Goal (CSG) requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure services are appropriately authorized and required information is submitted within established time frames.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically appropriate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  • Ensure clinical documentation accurately reflects services provided, supports treatment plans, and meets applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Review and correct documentation, charting, and file deficiencies within established time frames.
  • Coordinate transitions in care and complete required transition summaries, treatment plans, letters, and other clinical correspondence.
  • Provide crisis intervention and participate in or coordinate emergency services when necessary.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, families, referral sources, coworkers, providers, and community partners.
