We are seeking a MEDITECH Expanse Revenue Cycle Redesign Analyst to identify and fix the configuration causes of denied and underpaid claims for a rural community hospital and connected Rural Health Clinic network, then validate remittances following go-live. This role focuses on Expanse Revenue Cycle (BAR on M-AT) — candidates with NPR B/AR experience only will not qualify.

The Revenue Cycle Redesign Analyst will serve as the hands-on Expanse revenue cycle configuration expert responsible for auditing RHC billing, tracing charge flow across ancillary applications, rebuilding billing configuration, and adding denial-prevention edits. This individual will work closely with the client's internal revenue cycle team and validate post-go-live remittances to ensure billing accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of MEDITECH Expanse Revenue Cycle (BAR/ABS) build experience on M-AT, deep knowledge of Medicare provider-based RHC billing including the All-Inclusive Rate, and hands-on experience at a small or rural healthcare organization — large-system-only MEDITECH experience does not qualify.

• Audit RHC All-Inclusive Rate billing and split billing (technical vs. professional).
• Trace charge flow including Lab, Radiology, and Pharmacy charges from NPR applications.
• Confirm both clinic areas bill under the single RHC certification.
• Rebuild billing configuration with the client's internal revenue cycle team; add denial-prevention edits.
• Validate post-go-live remittances through program completion.

• 4+ years of MEDITECH Expanse Revenue Cycle (BAR/ABS) build experience on M-AT.
• Medicare provider-based RHC billing experience for a hospital under 50 beds including the All-Inclusive Rate.
• Split billing and provider-based clinic billing experience.
• Denial root-cause analysis using remittance data.
• Hands-on work at a Critical Access Hospital, Rural Health Clinic, FQHC, or community hospital under 100 beds — large-system-only MEDITECH experience does not qualify.
• Ability to travel onsite for go-lives as required.

• Ancillary charge master review experience.

• Expanse revenue cycle expert who can independently find configuration-level root causes of denials and fix them — not just report on them.
• Deep knowledge of RHC billing mechanics including All-Inclusive Rate, split billing, and provider-based clinic requirements.
• Detail-oriented and thorough with a track record of clean remittance validation and denial reduction.
• Experienced working alongside internal revenue cycle teams in small and rural healthcare environments.
• Brings technical depth, accountability, and a results-driven mindset to every engagement.
