This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys an outpatient orthopedic environment and wants to work directly with patients to improve mobility, strength, function and help them return to the activities they enjoy.

• Outpatient Physical Therapy
• Orthopedic and musculoskeletal patient population
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Therapeutic exercise and functional rehabilitation
• Strength, mobility and flexibility training
• Post-operative rehabilitation
• Gait and balance interventions as appropriate
• Patient education and home exercise programs
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans
• Collaborate with the clinical team to maximize patient outcomes
