We are seeking a hands‑on, service‑driven Housekeeping Manager to lead daily operations and help maintain the high standards expected at one of the Gulf Coast’s most iconic hotels.

What You’ll Do- Lead daily housekeeping operations across guestrooms, public spaces, laundry, and related areas to ensure exceptional cleanliness and service standards
- Inspect guestrooms and public areas regularly, ensuring readiness for guests, VIP arrivals, and special events
- Supervise staffing levels, coach associates, and foster a positive, guest‑focused team culture built on accountability and service excellence
- Partner closely with Front Office, Sales, and hotel leadership to ensure seamless communication and an outstanding guest experience
- Support operational and financial goals through effective scheduling, supply management, process improvements, and attention to departmental performance
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in Housekeeping or Front Office operations within a hotel environment
- Flexible, adaptable leader who thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality setting and is willing to support operational needs as business demands shift
- Marriott experience, PMS knowledge, and experience in both Housekeeping and Front Office operations strongly preferred
