We're looking for a Front Desk Supervisor who’s ready to lead with confidence, bring energy to the lobby, and turn great service into unforgettable experiences.

What You’ll Do:

Be the go-to leader for our front desk team—supporting, coaching, and encouraging every shift

Greet guests with genuine warmth, confidence, and enthusiasm

Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and all the questions in between

Jump in when the line gets long or a guest needs a little extra TLC Resolve guest concerns with empathy, speed, and a “we’ve got this” attitude

Ensure each shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves smiling

Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to keep the guest experience seamless

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area that reflects the pride we have in our property

Who You Are:

You’ve got at least 1–2 years of front desk or guest service experience—bonus points for hotel experience!

Leadership skills that inspire others to deliver their bestA people person through and through—you love helping guests and supporting your team Detail-oriented, organized, and cool under pressure (even when five guests walk in at once!)Able to handle basic tech and hotel software systems with ease Available to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidaysA positive attitude that lifts others up—especially on busy days!
