What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the systems expert for HRIS applications, acting as the primary contact for HR users in the Americas region
  • Maintain servers and scripts for payroll and HR systems, ensuring stable and secure operation
  • Manage integrations and data interfaces between HR systems and other IT applications
  • Provide technical support for various HR processes including Payroll, Compensation, and Recruitment
  • Collaborate with Global HR and IT on system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical HRIS experience across various systems
  • Proven experience in configuration and setup of Workday, ADP, and other HRIS platforms
  • Strong understanding of full lifecycle HRIS implementation projects
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with HR case management systems such as Neocase or Service Now
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage HR data for process improvement
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
