Our client, a local manufacturer with a significant staffing contract, is seeking a proven Talent Acquisition Partner who knows how to build, sustain, and deliver a ready pipeline of skilled blue-collar talent. This role is ideal for a recruiter who understands that great blue-collar recruiting requires white-glove strategy, speed, and relationship management.

The Contract
Contract placement
Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
$20-$24 per hour, based on experience
What You'll Own
Full life-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and skilled labor roles
Proactively sourcing, screening, and securing top talent
Building and maintaining a continuous pipeline of ready-to-work candidates
Managing interview coordination and hiring timelines
Acting as a liaison between internal departments and hiring managers
Overseeing onboarding, compliance, background screening, and scheduling
Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from first contact through start date
What We're Looking For
3+ years of successful recruiting experience (manufacturing or industrial recruiting strongly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to fill high-volume and hard-to-fill blue-collar roles
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Professional communication style with candidates, managers, and leadership
