Responsibilities

  • Responsible for proactively sourcing and attracting top talent for financial advisory roles, leveraging a mix of targeted outreach, networking, and cold calling to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and consult on recruiting strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, delivering a high-quality candidate experience while driving efficient and effective hiring outcomes.
  • Lead and execute the entire hiring cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, making offers, etc., for roles of significant complexity across multiple lines of business, business segments or disciplines.
  • Record, interpret and distribute standard recruiting data sets in all phases of the recruiting process.
  • Identify trends in the data, infer insights to relevant business partners and incorporate workforce data into recruiting strategies.
  • Serve as talent acquisition subject matter expert in a larger human resources and business ecosystem, leading cross‑functional meetings/projects as assigned.
  • Consult with business partners and candidates on the hiring process.
  • Consult hiring managers and business executives on complex talent needs, gaps, and skills.
  • Present and negotiate complex offers of employment to selected candidates.
Requirements
  • Proven experience partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs, provide consultative guidance, and align recruiting strategies with organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies, with consistent use of technology such as Microsoft Excel, Copilot, Workday, and Beamery.
  • Experience leveraging market insights and data to drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Strong sourcing expertise, including proactive outreach, networking, and high‑volume cold calling to build and maintain robust talent pipelines.
  • Prior experience supporting wealth management and financial advisor recruiting required.
  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
