Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding for a dedicated portfolio of job functions
- Schedule and coordinate phone and on-site interviews
- Manage and coordinate candidate travel and expenses
- Prepare candidates for the interview process
- Maintain all data surrounding candidate interview scheduling in the ATS
- Coordinate the new hire onboarding process
- Assist in scheduling of pre-employment requirements
- Monitor and track status of in process candidates
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years administrative experience in a fast paced environment handling a large volume of administrative tasks and complex functions
- Direct experience in recruitment and/or onboarding coordination activities preferred
- Proven organization skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Federal and State Employment law, EEO/anti-discrimination laws is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems preferred.
