Array Corporation is seeking a Recruiter to join our internal recruiting team in Mobile, AL. You will source, screen, and interview candidates for internal roles and partner with hiring managers to define requirements and recruiting strategies.
This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Expect to manage the full recruitment cycle, maintain ATS data, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and build a strong candidate pipeline.
