Position Summary

As a Field Staffing Coordinator, you will recruit, hire, onboard, schedule, and support employees across multiple client accounts. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every shift and event is fully staffed while providing exceptional service to both employees and clients.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting, solving staffing challenges, and working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, interview, and screen candidates for hospitality, event staffing, light industrial, and skilled trades positions.
  • Post job openings across recruiting platforms and social media.
  • Coordinate employee scheduling and workforce deployment.
  • Ensure all shifts and events are fully staffed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field employees.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding, including I‑9, E‑Verify, and orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Manage attendance, schedule changes, and last‑minute staffing needs.
  • Support payroll by accurately tracking employee time and attendance.

    Participate in job fairs and community recruiting events.
  • Build strong relationships with employees to improve retention and redeployment.
  • Partner with recruiters, supervisors, and operations teams to meet staffing goals.
Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1–2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce coordination, or a related field.
  • Experience in hospitality, event staffing, light industrial, or skilled trades is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and event‑based shifts.

Preferred

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole.
