- Manage and mentor a team of recruiting coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of recruitment activities.
- Oversee the scheduling of interviews, ensuring a high quality of candidate and interviewer experience.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to streamline recruiting processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead recruitment-related projects, including process improvements and implementation of new tools or systems.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Occasionally assist with the scheduling of interviews and other recruitment logistics as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination or related roles, with at least one year in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
