Pro Ampac is hiring a Human Resources Generalist in Mobile, AL. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, I-9 compliance, leaves, and HR process improvements to maintain a compliant and engaged workforce.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Organizational Development (or 3+ years in manufacturing HR), strong communication, confidentiality, and proactive problem-solving. Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30 with occasional early shift support.
