The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mobile, AL. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, managing employee records, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes. The role involves overseeing employee benefits and assisting with benefits administration, responding to employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company standards. The Human Resources Generalist will collaborate with managers on performance management, employee relations, and workplace initiatives, while helping to maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.
This role also supports HR reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including day-to-day HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with the ability to implement and maintain policy frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee support.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools).
- Ability to work on‑site in Mobile, AL, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment is beneficial.
