Trade Team USA offers a full-time Skilled Trades Recruiter role in Mobile, AL (onsite) with $45,000 to $50,000 per year plus performance-based income opportunities. You will support recruitment for Trade Team’s clients while helping candidates and hiring teams move smoothly from sourcing through offers and onboarding. The position includes health coverage

This role is expected to work in person at the Mobile, AL office. Office hours are slightly flexible as a salaried position, with a general expectation of 7:30am to 4:30pm and a 1-hour lunch

- Provide recruiting support across the full cycle, including job posting and follow-up
, candidate sourcing
, screening and selection
, and scheduling and conducting interviews
. - Manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates
, including regular coordination to keep priorities moving. - Support hiring managers with sourcing solutions for current vacancies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and qualifications for roles within the client company to improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Actively approach suitable candidates using a variety of recruiting systems, and build a talent pool for future openings.
- Recruit and represent the company at job fairs and other local hiring or networking events
. - Make job offers and handle offer negotiation
. - Use established systems to build a pipeline and be proactive about talent readiness for upcoming vacancies.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within recruitment systems and team processes.
- Use social media to engage candidates and promote opportunities.
- Ensure candidates are actively managed through the process to deliver a positive hiring experience
. - Provide backup support during the pre-hire onboarding stage by scheduling pre-hire drug/alcohol testing and/or any additional testing required by the client.
- Assist with new hire orientation
. - Stay current on local market knowledge and recruiting practices, and monitor and report weekly recruitment activity

- 2+ years of recruiting experience across various disciplines and industries such as manufacturing
, industrial
, or marine
. - Preferred fluency in English and Spanish
. - Ability to focus on priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn,
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and process flow. - Familiarity with social media recruitment
, job boards
, and professional networking sites. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
