We are seeking a
Recruiter to support our client's team. This position may be
part-time or full-time and is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of recruiting experience who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions.
- Create, post, and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms.
- Source and screen qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records.
- Assist with onboarding and other HR-related projects as needed.
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience recruiting within aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or another technical industry is a plus.
- Paycor experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online job boards.
