• Serve as the primary IT partner for logistics and warehouse operations, supporting both SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Work directly with logistics teams on the shop floor to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Gather requirements, document business needs, and coordinate solution implementation with IM and vendors.
• Maintain and prioritize a backlog of operational and system‑related requests, driving continuous process improvement.

• 3–7+ years in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations in an IT‑facing role.
• Working knowledge of SAP logistics modules (MM, EWM, LE) and hands‑on functional support.
• Experience supporting non‑SAP operational systems (printers, scanners, label systems, warehouse devices).
• Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation operations, with ability to translate problems into practical IT solutions.
• Comfortable in hands‑on, operational environments and working with multicultural, international teams; certifications a plus.

Salary Range: $75k-$85k
