The IT Project Manager oversees the application of project management methodology across all phases of the project cycle. This role is responsible for project design, scope management, cost control, quality assurance, and performance reporting. The successful candidate will lead cross‑functional teams, manage resources, and ensure delivery of high‑quality software solutions that meet business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.
- Manage project resources, including procuring staff, motivating, coaching, and advising team members.
- Partner with functional project teams to define business requirements.
- Lead development teams in delivering defect‑free software solutions.
- Define test plans and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop rollout plans and procedures for project implementation.
- Prepare and present cost‑benefit analyses to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to systems development and project management processes.
- Present project updates to steering committees and project sponsors.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and JIRA.
- Understanding of data handling, privacy concerns, and data quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, data scientists, furent subject matter experts.
- 10+ years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or الحيو equivalent experience.
- Expertise in Agile methodology.
- Extensive experience working with multiple teams to execute and complete projects (GenAI‑related experience preferred but not required).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills; ability to inspire cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools with a track record of on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and perform under pressure in fast‑paced environments.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field required.
