IT Technician

A well-established, multi-location industrial services company is seeking an IT Technician to support daily technology operations and ensure reliable performance of hardware, software, and network systems across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical support while contributing to broader IT initiatives.

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and communication systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve user support requests across multiple locations
• Maintain IT asset tracking, documentation, and system records
• Support data management, reporting, and system maintenance activities
• Assist with disaster recovery and system continuity processes
• Support internal websites, databases, and business applications
• Help monitor and optimize data and voice communication infrastructure
• Assist with user training and documentation development

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of hands‑on IT support experience preferred
• Experience with MS Office and general business systems
• Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and system support
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems a plus
• Exposure to SQL, C#, or basic programming concepts helpful
• Strong problem‑solving and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Hands‑on role supporting both office and operational environments
• Occasional lifting of equipment up to 25 lbs.
