Position OverviewThe Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) (GS-2210-13) to work for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Maxwell‑Gunter AFB, AL.
This position can close at any time.
Salary Range: $106,437 - $138,370
Responsibilities- Serve as a senior Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and IT subject matter expert for multiple Air Force Defense Business Systems.
- Lead and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity program, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical systems.
- Oversee the entire Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle, from defining security requirements to achieving and maintaining Authority to Operate (ATO).
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Certifications:
Meet requirements for DCWF Work Role 722 Advanced Proficiency Level; CISSP or CISM is highly preferred. - Education:
Bachelor of Science degree (minimum). Cybersecurity, IT, or Computer Science fields preferred.
