Reports to: Director Business Integration
Responsibilities- Lead teams that maintain systems, networking, database and data center infrastructure.
- Manage individual contributors and ensure achievement of departmental goals, effective project participation and reliable daily operational support.
- Accountable for performance, availability and security of all infrastructure technology, including on‑premises and cloud environments.
- Oversee planning, implementation and maintenance of all infrastructure components, ensuring high availability, performance, security and modernization.
- Manage changes in priorities, funding, scope and timing to maintain alignment between business expectations and IT planning and budgeting.
- Develop business‑case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives.
- Run processes for effective oversight, asset management and change management related to infrastructure.
- Anticipate and plan for long‑term needs of the IT environment, including technology direction, investment and simplification opportunities.
- Interact with IT leadership on all project matters and with business leaders on initiatives that support specific units.
- Select, develop and evaluate staff to ensure efficient and effective operation and modernization of infrastructure.
- Negotiate and administer vendor and consultant contracts and service agreements to obtain best value and performance.
- Identify innovative technical and process solutions that drive performance in cost, quality, compliance, customer service and revenue.
- Ensure appropriate corporate, industry, national and international standards are adhered to by self and team.
- Set goals and expectations for systems, networking and database support teams; monitor performance through regular feedback and HR‑policy adherence.
- Manage physical equipment within data centers, including HVAC, UPS, fire suppression, racks, servers, appliances and related infrastructure.
- Work with managed service and cloud vendors to ensure high operational availability, performance and resilience.
- Lead development, update and documentation of infrastructure lifecycle.
- Participate in Disaster Recovery Response Team and develop and maintain IT‑related DR processes and procedures.

All departments and key personnel necessary to maintain effective integration between technology and business, suppliers, government representatives and corporate personnel.
- Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Seven years or more technology leadership experience.
- Proof of continued education within the IT environment (preferred).
- Experience with IT infrastructure and operations on premise and in the cloud, especially in manufacturing environments (preferred).
- Microsoft, ITIL or Service Professional certification required.
- Project Management Professional courses or certification preferred.
- Ability to lead the entire project lifecycle of application and technology system projects to successful completion.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams/organizations.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to train, coach and mentor.
- Ability to travel up to 10 % of work time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance may be required if deemed necessary in the scope of responsibilities.
Candidates must meet the following employment eligibility guidelines: 18 years of age or older at time of application; able to provide proof of US Person Status; no felony convictions of Theft/Deception or Violent crimes within seven years from disposition date; no felony convictions of Drug crimes within three years from disposition date; willing to submit to a drug screen; willing to submit to a background check.
