• Client Management: manage day‑to‑day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Delivery: gain trusted advisor status with customers and client prospects by understanding their business and developing strategies to deliver tangible benefits using Workday and Deloitte solutions. May oversee multiple work streams within a project, providing guidance to individual work streams, managing escalations of risks and issues, coordinating cross‑functional activities, assisting with project management activities (or serving as project manager), and ensuring deliverables are developed and ready according to plan.
  
  Demonstrated experience as a senior resource defining systems strategy, overseeing requirements collection and documentation, leading fit‑gap analysis, as‑is and to‑be business process designs, conference‑room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
• Business Development: develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; collaborate with pursuit teams; participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development process.

• 8+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 8+ years of financials ERP project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of Workday Financials experience.
• Full‑lifecycle implementation experience on at least 6 projects from planning to go‑live.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in implementing Workday Financials.
• Workday certification or plan to complete relevant Workday certification upon joining.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries served.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

• Functional knowledge of financial processes and systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit‑gap analysis, as‑is and to‑be business process designs, conference‑room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and client user training within large enterprise environments.
• Advanced degree in the area of specialization.

The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensing, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,600 to $265,100.
