Mobile County Jail- Facility On Site

The Corrections Facility On Site will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring commissary hubs, addressing inmate grievances, troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues, and checking each tablet at the Mobile County facility.

Working Hours:

Monday: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Tuesday: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Wednesday: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Thursday: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Inmate Grievances:
Address and resolve grievances related to technology services ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures.

• Hardware Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and repair hardware issues related to commissary equipment and inmate tablets.

• Tablet Checks:
Regularly check and maintain inmate tablets to ensure functionality and address any issues promptly.

• Reporting:
Communicate all issues related to technology to the Site Manager daily.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

• Experience in technology management or related field preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot hardware issues.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking.

• Manual dexterity to handle and repair hardware.
