User Acceptance Testing Manager SUMMARY
The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst tests the functionality and features of a site before it is released to the production environment. This role establishes, owns, and drives UAT testing activities from start to finish for assigned projects.
JOB DUTIES- Creates and manages a UAT plan for each UAT event.
- Establishes, owns, and drives UAT testing activities from start to finish for assigned projects.
- Collaborates with business users, release/program management and development teams.
- Manages risks and plans UAT taking all risks into account.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES- Experience in escalation handling, managing expectations of multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, dashboarding and coordination skills.
- Experience in test estimation, planning, monitoring and progress reporting.
- Experience preferred in usage of test management tools and agile tools.
- Experience in planning and management of UAT.
