Materials Management Lead

Reports directly to the Senior Director ISC Project Management and works from Houston, Rosemont, or Shreveport on a hybrid schedule.

• Serve as a primary business and process translator for Project Helix, converting operational and planning requirements into standardized, scalable SAP S4 HANA solutions.
• Provide inventory management and planning expertise to guide system design decisions, exception handling, and execution models across global PT operations.
• Lead the configuration and validation of inventory requirements supporting process designs in close partnership with ISC manufacturing planning and production stakeholders.
• Drive process simplification and global standardization, ensuring alignment with the Honeywell operating model.
• Collaborate with process owners, functional leads, and IT to gather requirements, assess gaps, and implement system enhancements.
• Validate user stories and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy, process integrity, and realization of defined business outcomes.
• Proactively identify gaps, recommend mitigation strategies, and communicate project risks and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong SAP ERP knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in inventory management systems and material planning processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Broad knowledge of materials management, operations, inventory management, procurement logistics, and manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize material flow.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with S4 HANA.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Six Sigma Certification.

Annual base salary range: $102,000 – $154,000. This range serves as a general guideline;
Honeywell considers factors such as job scope, responsibilities, experience, education, training, key skills, market conditions, and business needs when extending an offer.
