- Sole certified Local TSM Administrator
- Responsible for all aspects of deficiency record management within the TSM system and ETC tool
- Provide TSM System and ETC system overview training
- Support tracking of deficiency records and processes
- Develop and maintain ship-unique data and database
- Assist OPC PRO personnel
- Utilize available programs, tools, and data sources to assist in preparation of reports
- Maintain a deployable mini-local area network for sea trials
- Attend meetings related to assigned tasks
- Proficiency in the use of the Government TSM system and the ETC tool
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite applications
- Knowledge of ship construction deficiency records management processes
- Must hold and maintain a current Security+ certification throughout the period of performance
- Education Required:
Bachelor's degree, OR at least six (6) years of relevant experience in lieu of degree - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance
