• Serve as the primary technical field support resource for Rebel Power and communications products
• Provide on-site assistance to defense, government, and commercial customers
• Support customer demonstrations, training, product integration, troubleshooting, and operational field exercises
• Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams
• Work closely with Business Development, Sales, Program Management, and Engineering to ensure successful product deployment
- 2+ years of experience in supporting communications and/or power products
- High School diploma, prior military, or equivalent relative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting methodologies
- Schedule flexibility
Demonstrates expertise in technical field support for communications and power products, with a focus on customer engagement, troubleshooting, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
