CGI is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support digital applications and operational initiatives related to Customs, Finance, Supply Chain, and Foreign Trade Zones. This role will translate business needs into clear technical requirements, coordinate across business and technology teams, and support testing and compliance activities. This position is located in Mobile, AL in a hybrid environment.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand Customs and Foreign Trade Zone requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Serve as a liaison between business teams, product owners, architects, developers, and third‑party providers.
• Support Customs and FTZ digital operations, system enhancements, and application projects.
• Coordinate project activities, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Develop risk‑mitigation plans and monitor emerging project or compliance issues.
• Support test planning, execution, defect resolution, and business acceptance testing.
• Review transactions, inventory controls, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure technical solutions support Customs reporting, FTZ compliance, and business objectives.

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise information technology or information management.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE or a comparable global trade management platform.
• Strong knowledge of Customs, Foreign Trade Zone, Finance, and related supply chain processes.
• Experience with FTZ inventory controls, Customs reporting, and third‑party system integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering work within established timelines.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Experience supporting global or complex technology organizations.

• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience supporting Foreign Trade Zone operations within a manufacturing environment.
