Learn more adaglobal.comRole Summary We are seeking a Delivery Enablement Consultant to support the central PMO and Resource Management function within SAP Professional Services.
This role focuses on enhancing visibility, analysis, and operational support across project governance, demand and capacity tracking, and resource allocation processes. The consultant will work closely with the Delivery Enablement Lead and key stakeholders across Sales, CSL, and Delivery to ensure high data quality, consistent reporting, and smooth execution of governance processes.
The position plays a critical role in enabling informed decision-making through accurate data, structured reporting, and proactive identification of risks and capacity constraints.
Role Impact Ensures accuracy, consistency, and reliability of delivery and capacity data across the organization
Enables improved decision-making across Sales, Delivery, and Resource Management functions
Contributes to the establishment of a standardized SAP PS Project Management Office (PMO) framework
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Governance Support Support tracking and reporting across active projects
Maintain and enhance governance dashboards and reporting tools
Monitor project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies in coordination with Project Managers Ensure consistency and accuracy of project status information
2. Demand and Capacity Data Management Consolidate pipeline and active workload data Support capacity tracking and utilization reporting
Ensure high data quality for forecasting and planning activities
Identify and resolve inconsistencies or gaps in demand and capacity data
3. Resource Management Support Support resource allocation processes under the guidance of the Delivery Enablement Lead Maintain visibility of staffing assignments across projects
Track allocation conflicts and escalate capacity constraints when required
Help ensure alignment between available skills and project requirements
4. Cross-Functional Coordination Facilitate coordination between Sales, CSL, and Delivery teams
Prepare materials for feasibility reviews and governance forums
Ensure timely and structured communication across stakeholders
Support documentation and tracking of capacity risks and constraints
Key Interfaces Delivery Enablement Lead Project Managers Delivery Managers Sales and Pre-Sales Teams Customer Success Leads (CSL)
Market Leads Skills and Experience Required Experience as a consultant and/or analyst in PMO, Project Management, Program Management, Consulting, or Operations Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in data handling, reporting, and Excel, PowerBI or reporting tools
Ability to work within structured, process-driven environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in an SAP or IT consulting environment is an advantage
Experience in managing dynamic environments and dealing with resistance to change
Knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet (the company’s primary tool) and MS Project.
Success Profile Experience / knowledge of Human Capital Management software is a plus
Able to navigate complex organizational structures and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Translates complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Works independently with strong accountability
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Balances adherence to structured processes with continuous improvement
Collaborative team player supporting a central governance function
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field (or equivalent)
Project Management certification or strong knowledge of frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid), such as PMI, Agile, or PRINCE2
Languages English (required)
Spanish (highly valued)
German or French is a plus
