Social Media Planner – Intelligence Analyst

• Analyze adversary and population online behavior patterns, influence networks, and sentiment trends
• Assess friendly effectiveness and identify operational risks
• Collaborate with intelligence teams, planners, and Cyber Task Forces to produce data-driven insights
• Support campaign development and refinement of Operational Approach Ideas (OAIs)
• Enable commanders to visualize information terrain and map adversary and friendly vulnerabilities
• Measure operational effectiveness across multiple social media platforms
• Perform social media data analysis to identify trends, measure sentiment, and map influencer networks
• Develop assessments on social media engagement, messaging, and cyber-enabled influence campaign effectiveness
• Monitor the online landscape for emerging narratives, adversary information operations, and disinformation campaigns
• Provide timely alerts and reports
• Produce data-driven insights, dashboards, and visualizations for campaign development and operational decision-making
• Deliver briefings on social media landscape analysis, influence networks, and campaign effectiveness
• Produce visualization products, sentiment analysis reports, and assessments measuring reach, engagement, and impact of online content

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required
• 6+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in data analytics, communications, psychology, sociology, intelligence studies, international studies, cybersecurity, or related field
• 4+ years of experience with a Master’s degree, or 10+ years with a high school diploma
• Level 3: 6+ years with a bachelor’s degree;
  Level 4: 9+ years with a bachelor’s degree;
  Level 5: 15+ years with a bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years of experience conducting social media analysis, sentiment analysis, or influence network mapping for DoD, IC, or government entities
• Training or certification in Target Audience Analysis, Military Information Support Operations (MISO), Joint Information Operations, or Intelligence Support to Information Operations
• Ability to convert complex social media data into operational insights and decision-ready intelligence
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable operational intelligence
• Strong briefing, writing, and communication skills for senior leadership audiences
• Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, including intelligence analysts, planners, and operations personnel
• Familiarity with research and analysis tools, OSINT platforms, behavioral analysis databases, and geospatial or social network analysis tools
• Experience with JCWA platform tools, Palantir Gotham, Vantage/ADVANA, HIVE tools, Babel Street, Dataminr, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Sprinklr, NodeXL, Gephi, ArcGIS, and QGIS
• Preferred:
  Master’s degree in communications, social science, data analytics, cyber operations, or related discipline
• Preferred:
  Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph
• Preferred:
  Prior experience supporting PSYOP, IO, special operations, cyber operations, or AFCYBER/USCYBERCOM organizations
• Preferred:
  Experience with advanced social media analytics, network analysis, or disinformation detection tools
• Preferred:
  Experience working in fast-paced operational environments requiring rapid analysis and iterative assessment
• May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment; capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances

Demonstrates expertise in social media analysis, sentiment analysis, and influence network mapping to produce actionable intelligence and insights. Proficient in utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies to support operational decision-making and campaign effectiveness.
