Keen Logic is seeking a self-motivated Tier II Help Desk Analyst to provide deskside support for Windows and Apple environments in Alexandria, VA. This onsite, full-time role requires diagnosing and remediating workstation issues and assisting customers in person, by phone, or remotely.
The successful candidate will image and deploy workstations using SCCM, handle password resets, software installs, and performance tuning, and escalate complex issues to the eBusiness team as needed.
