Infrastructure Manager

• Ensure DBT Infrastructure systems supporting business operations function efficiently
• Supervise analysts and engineers supporting and developing specific platforms
• Unify communications, messaging, and identity toward a seamless user experience
• Provide assistance to the Service Desk team as an escalation point supporting the ITIL model
• Manage team members and their responsibilities
• Provide high-quality, responsive, and consistent resolutions to IT incidents
• Administer Windows and Linux server deployments
• Manage infrastructure incident-support queue activities on a day-to-day operational basis
• Manage on-premises infrastructure including Active Directory, DNS, VMware, firewalls, and routing
• Manage identity and user-management solutions provided by Azure or third parties
• Own and review third-party product invoicing and ensure costs match business expectations
• Drive third-party product service-level agreements to ensure services meet business requirements and vendor contracts
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Desired certifications: VMware, Azure
• 12-15 years of experience with Windows and Linux-based operating system configuration, automation, and management
• 8-10 years of experience with automation scripting including Power Shell and other configuration as code tools
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Systems Administration/Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• ITIL V4+ Foundation knowledge and operations
• Large enterprise-level experience in storage technologies supporting multiple operating systems and environments
• Proficiency with systems performance tuning, capacity management, and replication
• U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required
• Must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR/EAR requirements or be eligible for an export license
• Ability to work in an office and production environment
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods and operate computer and telephone equipment

Demonstrates extensive expertise in Systems Administration and Engineering, with a strong focus on managing Windows and Linux server deployments, automation scripting, and ITIL operations. Proven ability to oversee infrastructure systems, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality incident resolution.
