Insurance Order Fulfillment & Processing Specialist

About the Role

We're hiring an Insurance Order Fulfillment & Processing Specialist to manage the insurance orders that come in through our property partnerships. You'll make sure every order is processed accurately and efficiently, while also lending support on fulfillment for some of our other services, like TV and internet orders. It's a great mix of behind-the-scenes process work and customer-facing problem solving.

• Process incoming renters insurance orders from our property partners quickly and accurately
• Serve as a licensed point of contact for insurance-related questions and issues
• Identify opportunities to write new insurance business and grow your book
• Support order fulfillment for additional services, including TV and internet
• Troubleshoot order issues and communicate directly with customers to resolve them
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with licensing and carrier requirements

• Active property & casualty / personal lines insurance license (required)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced, process-driven environments
• Excellent communication skills — you're comfortable talking with customers to solve problems
• Ability to juggle multiple types of orders and priorities in a day
• A team player who's motivated to grow new business

• $18/hour base pay
• 20% commission on any new insurance business you generate
