Our client, a multi-state, one-hundred attorney firm and a provider of legal services to traditional lending institutions has an immediate need for a Supervising Attorney in the state of Alabama.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of five-years’ experience involvingforeclosure, title, bankruptcy, evictions, and REO matters, as well as knowledge of compliance with FHA, Fannie, Freddie Mac, and loan servicer guidelines. Must be able to manage the litigation process on behalf of lending institution clients with an emphasis on mortgage foreclosures and lending default matters.
This attorney will supervise attorneys and paralegals in the firm’s Alabama division, attend mediations and hearings, be amenable to travel within the state on an as needed basis, and have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases.
Graduation from a US accredited law school is required as in a license to practice law in the state of Alabama; multi state licensure is a plus.
