Position: Supply Chain Professional, Mobile-2

Job Summary

This role entails establishing inventory metrics, training on inventory control, analyzing data to boost warehouse efficiency, maintaining databases, coordinating shipments, and monitoring equipment compliance to support strategic forecasting and purchasing.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and monitor inventory and warehouse performance metrics to ensure optimal operations.
  • Train warehouse personnel on inventory management and control policies and procedures.
  • Analyze warehouse data to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, providing inventory recording tools.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database for demand and inventory management to inform forecasting and purchasing decisions.
  • Coordinate the distribution of materials and equipment, ensuring proper documentation collection and compliance.
  • Generate and analyze reports to monitor and improve warehouse metrics and operational activities.
  • Monitor CPE aging to maintain audit compliance and manage lifecycle.
  • Track and follow up on equipment with repair vendors to minimize turnaround times and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; applicants with relevant coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience may also be considered.
  • Relevant certifications if applicable.
  • 0–2 years’ relevant work experience.
