Role Scope / Mission
Assist the Logistics team in daily activities by supporting import and export processes, organizing documentation, communicating with suppliers and service providers, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, aiming at learning and professional development.
Responsibilities- Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for logistics and import and export processes
- File and maintain updated and easily accessible records (physical or digital)
- Monitor and support management of logistics and import/export processes, including tracking deadlines and updating status
- Assist in communication with suppliers, customs brokers, carriers, and other partners
- Perform follow‑ups and confirm receipt of documents
- Assist in the creation and updating of reports and tracking spreadsheets
- Support management of internal systems and databases related to foreign trade and logistics
- Conduct research on customs and foreign trade regulations
- Stay up to date on changes in applicable laws and regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
- Support the implementation of new projects or procedures
- Follow internal policies and procedures, including quality and compliance standards
- Assist in preparations for audits and internal reviews
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Relations, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Basic understanding of import/export and logistics processes
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous internship or academic experience in foreign trade or logistics is a plus
- Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented
- Ability to work in a team and under supervision
- Interest in pursuing a career in foreign trade and logistics
