• Managing Risks and Opportunities associated with Material and Supply Services POA activities.
• Oversight of contract efforts, engineering changes, purchase requirement generation and part procurement.
• Managing P.O. activities for POA parts directly with the OEM vendors.
• Producing, monitoring and managing KPI data and reports (Key Process Indicators).
• Communicating with transporting couriers on delivery of spare parts.
• Establishing procedures, priorities, schedules, surveillance and coordination of procurement actions.
• Negotiating with OEM's for best vendor terms, pricing and delivery guarantee based on specific schedule requirements.
• Reviewing vendor database regularly for accuracy, maintaining and gathering current information as required.
• Preparing and delivering briefs, updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders, multi-functional teams.
• Certificate parts under EASA part 21 regulation (EASA Form1) for assuring airworthiness of parts.

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field and 5 years in any job title involving experience in an aeronautical production business.
• In lieu of degree as stated, employer will accept 2 additional years in any job title involving experience in an aeronautical production business.
• Prior experience must also include: 5 years of experience in a procurement field of responsibility to include purchasing, supply chain logistics, planning, and experience with aircraft parts;
  Leadership experience or team management in a production environment;
  Experience using SAP to manage large volumes of data;
  Experience operating standards across finance, quality, and production functions; and Experience with procurement processes for parts and services.
