Lead the deployment of advanced Operations Technology solutions that support terminal modernization and operational excellence.

Work closely with global teams, suppliers, and local stakeholders across a highly collaborative international environment.

Build expertise through hands-on involvement in large-scale technology deployments from roadmap creation through stable operations.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that directly influence terminal performance, safety, and long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end deployment of Operations Technology products, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and safety requirements.

Manage and develop a team of Operations Technology specialists while coordinating suppliers, project teams, and terminal stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement through daily management routines, standard work, problem-solving activities, process confirmation, and kaizen initiatives.

Oversee deployment planning, integration, testing, commissioning, go-live support, and transition to stable operations.

Manage deployment risks, product integrity, performance reporting, stakeholder communication, and escalation processes.

Ensure operational readiness through capability building, knowledge transfer, change management, and local product adoption. Maintain operational support, inventory control, spare parts management, preventive maintenance plans, and system performance monitoring for deployed OT solutions.
