Job Summary: Asset System and Maintenance Manager is responsible for the oversight, maintenance, performance, and lifecycle planning of all physical assets across the company. This includes vehicles, heavy equipment, facilities, trailers, and specialized assets used in event operations. The role requires a proactive, hands‑on performer capable of coordinating maintenance, managing vendors, conducting inspections, and ensuring all assets are deployed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities Asset Oversight & Maintenance
  • Maintain, service, and complete minor repairs for assets within the defined scope while owning the systems, standards, and accountability that govern how all company assets are cared for.
  • Manage the upkeep of company properties, including buildings, warehouses, storage yards, and grounds.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and asset care protocols through company platforms.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify needs, risks, or areas for improvement.
  • Ensure asset management practices comply with all safety regulations, DOT requirements, and internal standards.
Operational Support
  • Manage the day‑to‑day operational readiness of fleet vehicles, Event Restroom Trailers, and Event Ice assets, including preparation, deployment, transportation, and post‑event recovery.
  • Respond to urgent maintenance issues or asset failures, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Source, evaluate, maintain, and manage relationships with mechanics, service providers, repair shops, equipment suppliers, and specialty vendors.
  • Solicit bids, negotiate pricing, and track service agreements.
  • Develop and manage budgets related to asset maintenance, replacements, and procurement.
  • Make recommendations for capital expenditures and long‑term asset planning.
Asset Tracking & Reporting
  • Own, implement, and maintain asset tracking and inventory‑handling systems, ensuring accurate records, consistent processes, and reliable asset data across all company platforms.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all assets, including inventory counts, maintenance history, warranties, usage logs, and lifecycle status.
  • Monitor asset performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
Standards, Training, & Accountability
  • Provide training, guidance, and documentation to ensure maintenance personnel and asset‑related staff understand asset care standards, safety protocols, and maintenance expectations.
  • Establish and reinforce clear asset handling, safety, and maintenance standards, ensuring consistency across all teams that interact with company assets.
  • Promote accountability, attention to detail, and quality workmanship by defining expectations, auditing compliance, and escalating recurring issues through appropriate channels.
  • Ensure asset standards are upheld throughout the full operational lifecycle, including preparation, deployment, use, return, and post‑event cleanup.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience in asset management, facilities management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Salary: $45,000- $50,000, commensurate with education and experience.
