Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to join our team. The Shop Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the smooth functioning of our detailing shop. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field, strong leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily activities of detailing staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring quality standards are met.Manage scheduling, including appointments, staff shifts, and workflow to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating orders as needed.Monitor and manage shop cleanliness, organization, and safety to create a professional and welcoming environment for customers and staff.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for business growth, including marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer retention efforts.Uphold company values and standards, promoting teamwork, integrity, and a positive work culture among staff.RequirementsPrevious experience in automotive detailing or a related field preferred, with knowledge of detailing processes and techniques.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships with customers.Proficiency in basic computer skills and software applications, including scheduling and inventory management systems.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.If you’re passionate about cars, customer service, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
